Q. Do the villa rentals and holiday rentals have British Television and air conditioning?
A. Around 50% of our villa rentals and holiday rentals have some British Television and Air Conditioning- if this is important to you please check at the time of booking. The newer the property the more likely it is to have air conditioning.
Q. How much deposit do I pay for a villa rental or holiday rental?
A. For most bookings a 20% deposit will reserve the property with the balance due on arrival.
Q. How can I pay for my villa rental or holiday rental?
A. Deposits for villa rentals and holiday rentals are easiest paid using a Visa/MasterCard credit card over the telephone (3.5% bank charge) or via bank transfer.
The balance for all villa rentals or holiday rentals is cash on arrival.
Q. Can you arrange a welcome pack for my villa rental or holiday rental?
A. A standard welcome pack consisting of bread, water, eggs, bacon, juice, beer etc can be provided at cost price. 15 euros is normally sufficient. Please advise at time of booking if you require this.
Q. I can't see the villa rental or holiday rental that I require - do you have anything else?
A. Sunshine Overseas has access to a wide range of holiday rentals and villa rentals - too many to put on the website - if you don't see what you require please contact us with your requirements.
Q. I have a property that I would like to offer for holiday rentals or villa rentals - can you help me?
A. We are always pleased to consider taking on more properties for holiday rentals or villa rentals. Please contact us for more details.
Q. Do I have to bring my own linen or towels when staying in a holiday rental or villa rental?
A. All of our holiday rentals and villa rentals come with linen and bath towels provided. If you are staying for 2 weeks a spare set of linen will be provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
