On a Sunshine Overseas viewing trip, which normally runs for four days/three nights, you will receive a guided tour to include places of interest, leisure activities, entertainment centres, restaurants and bars and have the opportunity to speak to people who have already purchased in the area.

We will ensure that you see a good selection of properties within your given criteria and price range, and re-visit any that you want to go back to, as often as time permits. Sunshine Overseas do not believe in hard sell  our approach is open and friendly, and that’s a promise.

In some areas accommodation is provided as part of the package, and in others we are able to secure preferential rates for you in recommended hotels. Transport is provided throughout the duration of your stay, right from the minute you step off the plane in Spain, returning you back there in plenty of time for your flight home.
